Gary Elder - President and Instructor Gary R. Elder is a Certified NDE Level III in 7 methods and a multi-degreed Professional Engineer. He has been performing Non-Destructive Examinations for over 30 years and has trained hundreds of testing personnel in all methods. During the past fifteen years, he has specialized in assisting other companies with the training and qualification of their leak test personnel. Mr. Elder is presently qualified by the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) by written examination (#3640). A copy of his ASNT and LTS Certifications can be provided. Mr. Elder is nationally active in numerous Technical Societies including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), American Vacuum Society (AVS), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and American Welding Society (AWS). He is past Chairman of the Leak Test Method committee of the ASNT Technical Council, Vice-Chairman of the ASTM E07.08 Leak Testing committee and a member of ASNT's Certification Management Council.
Tony Heinz - Vice President Tony Heinz is a Certified ACCP Professional Level III in 5 methods and a graduate of Hutchinson Technical College. He has been performing Non-Destructive Examinations for over 25 years. In the last 15 years he has been specializing in leak testing applications. Mr. Heinz is qualified by the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) by written examination (21611) and is a past holder of a CWI from the American Welding Society. Mr. Heinz is active in the American Glove Box Society (AGS) standards development program. Mr. Heinz has been the project manager for LTS on several large scale projects that have taken place in areas such as Taiwan, Greece, Bogota and through out the United States.
Dave Hecksel - QA Manager & Lead Level II David Hecksel is the QA Manager for Leak Testing Specialists, Inc. Mr. Hecksel is also a senior Level II. Mr. Hecksel has been involved with nuclear QA/NDT since 1978. He is currently certified in VT, PT, LT, and has a current CWI.
Gary Brunetti Gary Brunetti is a corporate Level III for Leak Testing Specialist, Inc. Mr. Brunetti has been performing leak testing since 1981 and has extensive experierience at power plants for air in-leakage testing and training of site personal
Jim Garrison James Garrison is a certified Leak Testing Level III and has worked since 1968 at the Y-12 Facility located at the Oak Ridge National Laboratories.
Steve Hamric - Leak Test Level II Steven Hamric is a Leak Testing Specialists, Inc Leak Testing Level II. Mr. Hamric has 15 years of foundry experience.
