Local Air Pressure at a given Altitude

      (Input) Altitude in Feet:
local sea level barometic pressure (in Hg) usually available at a local airport

Local  Pressure (absolute): Standard (29,92 in Hg) Corrected for local sea level press

      atm
      bar
      Inches Hg
      inches water at 60°F
      kPa
      millibar
      psia
      Torr (mm Hg)

High or Low pressure fronts will affect this nominal pressure. A high pressure front can be the same as dropping in altitude by 1000 ft.  A Low pressure front would be the equivalent of an increase of 1000 ft. Severe storms can cause up to a 1500 ft equivalent change in pressure.
